Calculation method
Profit = selling price − product cost − selling price × referral fee % − FBA fulfillment − allocated storage − inbound shipping − advertising.
Worked example
For a $30 sale, $10 product, 15% example referral fee, $4.50 FBA, $0.50 storage, $1 inbound shipping and $2 ads, estimated profit is $7.50 and margin is 25%.
