Calculation method
Per-item profit = price − cost − fees − shipping. Per-item margin = profit ÷ price × 100. Fees and shipping are currency amounts, not percentages.
Worked example
A row named Mug with price 40, cost 12, fees 4 and shipping 6 gives profit 18 and margin 45%. Convert percentage fees to amounts before adding the row.
What to check before using the result
The tool accepts CSV rather than XLSX. It does not fetch platform fees or exchange rates and does not apply quantities automatically. Include relevant per-item expenses in your source data.

Can I enter 10 for a 10% fee?
No. The fees column is an amount. For a price of 40 and a fee of 10%, enter 4.
Is my spreadsheet uploaded?
The CSV is parsed and calculated in your browser. No account or server-side spreadsheet import is required.
